Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
How long does shipping take?
In most cases, items are despatched on the next day. UK shipping takes around 2 days, Europe normally takes five days and the rest of the world takes between 1 and 2 weeks.
Will I be charged Import Taxes?
Overseas customers may receive a customs charge when an item arrives in your country. We are sorry but we have no control over this.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you wish to return your item, then so long as it is received in as new condition within two weeks a full refund will be given.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and Paypal or you could post a cheque.
Prices are set in £Sterling. Overseas currency exchange rates are set by your card provider - we have no control over this, but XE.com will give you a good idea of what to expect.
Want to call in and collect your order?
We are based on Anglesey, North Wales. If you live locally you are welcome to call in and collect, but please phone or email first. We are a small company so please make sure there is someone here to put the kettle on and have your order ready for you.
